- You may return unused decor products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized decor items are not eligible for returns.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not returnable.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us (amanda@theblushingdahlia.co.za) with your order details and reason for the return.
- After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

The Blushing Dahlia is a floral and décor provider for weddings and events as well as an online retailer based in Tinley Manor (Ballito), KwaZulu-Natal, providing a wide range of products to customers throughout South Africa.
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory on our website, The Blushing Dahlia does not guarantee that all items listed will be in stock at all times.
The Blushing Dahlia reserves the right to remove any products from the website and to limit order quantities at our discretion.
You will not be charged for any orders that we are unable to fulfill. In the event that an item you have paid for cannot be shipped, we will notify you, suggest alternatives, or issue a full refund for the product and shipping costs within 24 hours.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
The Blushing Dahlia is not a VAT-registered business, and therefore VAT is not applicable to our prices.
Delivery charges are not included in our product prices and will be calculated and added to your total at checkout, should you opt for delivery. We charge a flat rate of R120.00 per order.
The Blushing Dahlia is not liable for any loss incurred by you or any third parties due to delays or failures in processing or delivering orders caused by inaccurate or incomplete details provided at the time of order. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct and complete, and that someone will be available to sign for the delivery at the specified location.
All items remain the property of The Blushing Dahlia until full payment is received.
We accept payments via Peach Payments or Direct Bank Transfer on our website.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Standard Delivery
Courier deliveries are made on weekdays only, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.
Self-Collection
If you prefer to collect your order in Tinley Manor, or arrange your own courier, please select the "self-collection" option during checkout, and we will provide you with the collection details.Please review our Return Policy for more information.
